There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Josephson: Page 1, lines 2 - 3 (title amendment): Delete "rate increase reduction," Page 4, line 17, through page 5, line 4: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 6, line 14: Delete "Section 12" Insert "Section 11" Page 6, line 15: Delete "sec. 13" Insert "sec. 12" Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Millett objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
